Double room for rent from 1st October long term.

The room available comes furnished with double bed, side table, decent sized wardrobe, and chest of drawers. I currently have a table in the room for needed desk space if wfh, but this can be removed if needs be! The room has a lovely view and looks onto the shared garden at the back of the flat.

The flat is a good size with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and access to a shared garden.

You’d be flat-sharing with another girl (26) who is a PHD student at Edinburgh uni.

Looking for female around similar age as flat mate (25-30), someone who likes to keep things clean and tidy! Ideally someone who is sociable but also likes their own space too!

The flat is a 20 minute walk into the centre of town, with bus links just down the road. Situated right next to Arthur’s Seat and not far from the Meadows.

Bills roughly £150 per month. (council tax, utilities, broadband). 1 month's deposit (£600) requested 1st October along with first month's rent (£600).
