This sunny and comfortable sunny room is available to let on St Leonards Street which is located in the Newington/Southside area. It’s a 5 min walk to George Square; 10 min walk to Waverly train station.

We are in a great location next to Holyrood Park, and The Meadows, Commonwealth Swimming Pool, Universities with lots of supermarkets round about us.

Recently redecorated tidy flat, fully equipped kitchen, central heating throughout and excellent fibre wireless broadband Internet.

The room itself is furnished with a single bed, desk, vintage wardrobe. It’s at the back of flat so it's very quiet. Room for a small desk.
