I’m subletting my room from 8th March - 31st March. The room is very spacious, has a bed, wardrobe, big clothing rail, desk, night stand, and two big windows that look out to buccleuch street and the meadows.
The shower is not en-suite but just outside the room and only you will be using that bathroom since it is a 2 bed 2 bath property.
The kitchen and living is combined and the place is quite cozy and very close to the city centre and most tourist spots, just a 5 min walk to the University of Edinburgh and meadows and 15-20 min walk to princess street.
You will be sharing the flat with a male phD student who is usually quiet and goes to the university on weekdays.
