Large double room available in Newington, move-in date May 1st.

The bright room has a generous amount of space with an incredible view out onto St Peters Church and just behind it, Arthurs Seat.

The flat itself benefits from large open, well-lit shared spaces, two bathrooms and access to a shared garden.

We are only a stone's throw from the meadows, and with summer (Scottish anyway) coming up, it's a great time to be close by.

Currently, in the flat, we have Caitlin(23, Canadian, Engineer), Louie(23, English, Actuarial), John (24, Canadian, Student), and I, Tom(26, Scottish, Engineer). All of us like to stay active, Caitlin and John are great runners. Louie can be found in the depths of a squat rack at 6 am on any given day and I love to cycle.

We are a very communal and welcoming flat, we all enjoy a blether in the kitchen and an open-door chat but respect each other's privacy and know when to give space.

We all enjoy hiking, going for a pint at the local, The Abbey, and have a car that can facilitate some further afield adventures.
