1 single and 1 double room available Newington

Room 1

Hey guys so me and another one of my flatmates are moving out of our flat on the 22nd of May as the Uni year is ending but our other two flatmates are still wanting to stay in Edinburgh so we’re looking for two others to replace us until July 22nd!

- (all of our rooms are priced differently based on size)

- (I have a cat that’s moving out with me so if you have a cat allergy please be weary that you may likely still have a reaction for a little while when you move in as the dander clears)

The first room is a single room and the rent for that is £650 a month and it comes with the bed, mirrors and wardrobe set+drawers (which are poking out to the right of the picture). The desk, chairs, and glass cabinet are mine so likely wont be left in the room. It doesn’t look that big but it fits so much of my stuff and there’s still space so it’s pretty good.

The second room is £750 and also comes with the bed, set of drawers+wardrobe and the sofas/armchair. The table in the corner and little round table surrounded by the sofas are my flatmate’s but she says she’ll leave them for £20.
