Double Rooms in flatshare Newington/Meadows

Hello there!
We have two lovely furnished rooms available to rent as our flatmates are moving out from 3rd and 13th of May. The flat is very spacious and has an excellent location: it is only a two-minute walk from the Meadows, has good public transport access and supermarkets as well as little independent shops and restaurants close by.
Our flatshare has an open plan kitchen / living room, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath), as well as a shared garden. The kitchen is well equipped, has a washing machine and a dining table to enjoy your meals. The living space has two super comfy sofas, a southfacing window and a TV.
The bills per month are not included in the rent and are around £60 per month right now, which includes gas/electricity and Wifi.
First room (bedroom 1 on floor plan)
Very spacious room with a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a desk and a dresser with windows facing the street.
The rent is £650 for the room with £700 deposit.
Second room (bedroom 2 on floor plan)
The second room comes with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a desk and it also has windows facing the street.
The rent is £570 with £625 deposit.
You would be living with three students. Aytaç is 30, from Turkey and studying PHD in Law. Daniella (25) from Italy and studying PHD mathematics. I (Ade) am 24 and currently doing my undergraduate studies in business management at the Edinburgh Napier and from London. We‘re looking for someone tidy, chill and friendly. We would love to find other students for council tax reasons. No professionals. Ideally looking for long term.
