Hi there, looking for a flatmate to replace me from June 12th. Lovely area near the meadows.
Lots of shops and cafes nearby and bus stops. Tesco and Lidl within 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to city centre or about 5-10 minutes on the bus.
More pictures to follow but the flat has a toilet, separate shower room and communal kitchen.
Council tax and WiFi approx £60 per month and bills £50-£80 approx.

Looking for a 25+ professional who is happy to do their share of the cleaning. Current flatmates are all professionals over the age of 25. This flat is managed through an agency.
