Room available April 7th!!

Hello! :) My name is AnnaLouise and I am currently looking for someone to take my room April 7th! The flat is in an ideal location as is it a five minute walk to the Main Library and Central Campus at the University of Edinburgh. There are also the main bus lines just outside the flat as well. I have listed down below some information to share about the other flatmates and flat! :)
- We are an all female flat, so a female flatmate is required!
- Two of the flatmates are in their PhD, and the other is an undergraduate
- As we are all student's, a student is required for council tax reasons
- There is a shared living space and kitchen
- There are appliances and utensils are all included, so no need to purchase pots, pans, plates, etc.
- This also applies with the bedroom. It is fully furnished
- The bills are not included, but the other bills to consider is wifi, and energy. These are split amongst all the flatmates, so it comes out to roughly an extra £50 (wifi + energy bill)
