Cosy Sociable Flat Right Next to the Meadows

Hey there :)

We are looking for two people to join us in our beautiful Newington flat as two of our flatmates are unfortunately moving out.

A bit about us: We are 23 and 29 years old, one Scot and one German. I am doing a PhD in wave energy and Samuel is a software engineer. We are open-minded, social people, and enjoy doing things communally such as playing games, cooking delicious (also vegan) food, bouldering, playing table tennis, the list goes on. We are always up for some spontaneous and silly fun but also respect everyone's personal space. We have been a mixed flat so far which we really enjoyed but all genders are welcome as long as they are mindful of gender dynamics and try not to reinforce them :)

Why we love the flat:

- Close to Meadows (and outdoor table-tennis), Arthur’s Seat, a 20 minute cycle away from the sea (downhill) and 20 min walk to the train station

- Big garden where we host cosy fireside evenings
- Close to The Wee Boulangerie which makes excellent fresh baguettes

Energy and wifi Bills plus council tax (Band E) add up to about £100. We have a spacious living room and a fairly large, well equipped kitchen.
