Hi! We are looking for someone to take over a room in a bright, super-central flat on Rankeillor Street, available from early February. The flat is very well connected – perfect for getting around the city easily!

You’d be living with three lovely flatmates – all of us in our 20s. Two are Master’s students at the University of Edinburgh, and one works full-time in hospitality. We’re friendly, sociable, and welcoming – it’s a really nice, relaxed household.
