The total rent is 2250, but the splitting of costs between rooms is negotiable as they are not all the same size. Anyone is welcome, but if you are not a student please be aware that it is a band E property for council tax.
The existing tenant is a Ph. D. student in Biology and is very nice and tidy, and the photobomber in the pictures is my cat Dog, who is very cuddly :).
The third bedroom doesn't have images up yet, but bedroom 2 will come with a gaming computer, projector, and upright piano.
