Bright double room in a cozy four person flat share, with a shared bathroom, communal kitchen/living room, storage/laundry room and an additional small bathroom. Great wifi for partial WFH.

The room comes with a desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe, and a fun disco ball🪩 South facing windows!

💰Bills are £105pcm (includes: Council Tax Band D, wifi and gas/electric).
Rent is £625, deposit £600, we are renting through a nice private landlord.
Overall monthly rental expenses are £739.

Located right next to Summer Hall and the Meadows! With great bus connections all around, multiple shops about 5-minutes away and lots of great cofee places/ restaurants.

About the flat:
I am sad to leave this lovely and bright flat, with great flatmates. You would be sharing with Kieran, Sophia and Calum, 3 lovely young professionals all in their early/mid 20s working in different fields.

We love to organise flat dinners every now and then as well as catch up with each other over a cuppa or drinks! We keep communal areas clean and friends are always welcome. Everyone is pretty active, creative and all around lovely human beings✨

Preferrably lookign for a female flatmate to keep a balance! Queer friendly 🏳️‍🌈
No couples, and no pets.
