Room in 3-bed flat (Newington)

We are looking for a third student to join us in the shared contract for this flat, for at least the next year. The room is on the top floor, with large windows overlooking the street, and comes fully furnished with a bed, chair, and wardrobe.

The flat features a shared living space with sofas, dining table, and a big screen. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, and dish washer (as well as fridge-freezer, microwave, etc.)

The location - right on the corner of the Meadows - is ideal for students of UoE, with central campus less than a 10 minute walk away, and bus routes to King's campus on the doorstep.

You'll be sharing the flat with two astrophysics students. We like to maintain a quiet, chilled out atmosphere, and prefer to keep the shared spaces fairly tidy.

We split electricity, gas, and broadband bills between us - they are not included in the rent. The council tax band is C, but since we're all students, we won't have to pay a thing. The letting agent does ask for a guarantor, so please make sure you have that.

Because this room is available following a change of tenancy, the contract must be signed from 1st June, though we can be flexible with the move-in date.
