Flat of 3 looking for 4th flatmate!

Hi we are looking for a 4th flatmate to move in for July!

It’s a super convenient location in Newington street right next to central campus, and really near the free shuttle bus for kings

We are three students - we’re all 4th years - 1 English lit, 1 medic and 1 biochemistry student

Please message if you would be interested and we can arrange a time to all meet up and see if it’s a good fit and you can look round the flat!!

The moving out situation is that we’re looking to get you signed on for June - so we want to get signed in the next week or so (bc we have to give a months notice) - There’s one current flatmate who would want to sublet from you for a month so we want to sign on the swap in June to get agreement but you wouldn’t need to start paying till July so bit of money saving and be happy to store your stuff beforehand
