Hello!

We are two young professionals and one PhD student looking for a 4th flatmate from 1st September to join our friendly flatshare. We're looking for another young professional to split the council tax (around £60 per month each).

The flat is only a couple of minutes walk away from the Meadows and a one minute walk from a bus stop which has all the major bus routes. Arthur's seat is a ten minute walk and Princes Street is around 30 minutes.

The room has a double bed, desk & chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a bookshelf with a large window looking out over the garden. We have a joint kitchen/living room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

The landlord is fantastic and any problems are instantly seen to.
