Large room in Newington area

Available from 16th October.

Flat is located on Rankeillor St, located around 10min from the university main library campus and very close to local bus stops. The university shuttle to King's buildings is also 10 minutes away at the main campus. It's about 15-20 minutes walk to the Royal Mile and Waverley station, right next to the Meadows and Holyrood park.

The room is large with an adjoining box room and comes furnished. Very spacious kitchen which we use as a substitute living room. There's also a shared garden for the whole building.

You'll be sharing with Carmen, a PhD student and Katja, who is a professional working in hospitality. They're both tidy and respectful and are looking for someone similar.

Bills are not included in the rent, but come to around £85 per month. Would prefer a postgrad student for council tax reasons, but professionals are welcome too.
