The room boasts a 4-poster king-size bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress. The window faces the garden and a bowling green. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. The room doesn't have a desk but this can be supplied if required.

The flat has a traditional Scottish design with a modern twist. It will take you away to the 19th century Edinburgh, while will provide all the modern necessities - double glazing, gas central heating, shower room, washing machine, dish washer, etc.

Newington is a sought-after location 10 min walk from the Meadows, 15 from George Sq., and 20 from Royal Mile. There are many supermarkets nearby, the Commonwealth swimming pool, the Meadows park, and the Arthur Seat.

Rent includes bills and wifi.

I use the living room as my bedroom. As the kitchen is off the living room, I'd ask you not to use the kitchen before 7 am or after 11 pm.

I am a professional in the area of finance and a friendly and caring person. I like art, especially Impressionists, and paint myself occasionally.

I'm looking for a mature student or a professional for around a 3 months' period.
