3 bedroom cottage with large garden, modern fitted kitchen and modern bathroom (both shared). House is 3 miles from Gorebridge train station and there are buses to Edinburgh close by but you would really need a car to live here.
Room has a small double bed, large TV on wall, wardrobe and chest of drawers plus bed side cabinet.
Living Room has a wood burning stove but there is gas central heating throughout.
Kitchen has dishwasher and washer/drier. Large fridge freezer, oven and microwave. All cooking equipment available for use. Cleaner comes weekly.
Live in owner plus a small friendly dog and 1 cat. I work from home at the moment due to Covid but will return to travelling soon. I tend to be away most weekends - dog goes with me but cat stays. One other lodger here at the moment but she works up to 7 days a week.
