Self contained bedroom, bathroom, living room, small study and kitchen available in Newtongrange.

Clean tidy professional(s) sought who is in full time employment. We would prefer one person but we will consider a couple.

We're looking for someone we can live alongside comfortably day to day, and as the lodging accommodation is self-contained, our lodger will have privacy in their own space.

We are a professional couple, one of us regularly works from home and the other is out 4 days a week at work. When we're not working, we enjoy listening to music, reading, gardening and cooking.

We use a hobby workshop which is underneath the rental rooms. This is used at weekends and on a Monday and some noise from the workshop will be audible in the rooms.

We'll expect our lodge to accommodate normal day to day noise from our house and noise from the workshop. We expect to work out a flexible arrangement which works for all of us.

We have two cats, and we'd like a lodger who'd be happy to look after them when we're away.

Applicants must supply 3 months' proof of wages, last 3 months' proof of rental, and two character references.
