The house is located near a bus stop for buses: 30, 2, 21, 48, 14 & 400. Supermarkets, pharmacies, takeaways, and other shops are available within walking distance. The Fort Kinnaird is 16 min away by walking. Parking spaces available in front of the house.

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and TV on the wall (small table and chair also available if needed). The room is south facing so it has plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine and tumbler drier. There is also a small rear garden and bbq available.

The rent is £580 per calendar month, and includes council tax, gas, electricity, fibre broadband and Netflix. £500 deposit is required. Available from 25th October.

I am 40 yo, originally from South America, and work in accounting (I work from home). The other housemate is 30 yo, originally from Bulgaria and a gas engineer.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate housemate who will treat the house as a home. Cleaning of the house is done based on a weekly rota, you must be willing to cooperate.
