Looking for someone considerate and friendly to rent the double bedroom in 3 bedrooms flat, with single bathroom.

Flat is new and well maintained just next to Niddrie main road, with excellent bus connectivity. Lidl, homebargain, craigmillar library is just takes 5 mins by walk. There is also excellent access to the city centre via bus, takes 30 minutes to princess street.

I’m Prithvi 26y (M) current flatmate I work as an Paediatric audiologist at Royal hospital for children and young people. I’m friendly and socialising person, sharing this property since 1 year and landlord is also very friendly in nature. Land lord works at Dishoom restaurant, he is over 50y.

The kitchen is very well equipped including fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, washing machine.

We are ideally looking for another professional, who is tidy and adaptable.

I work almost 4 days a week and landlord works 5 days a week.

Wifi, council tax and gas/electricity are all included in the rent.

In my spare time i normally go for short trips, hiking, explore new pubs and also spend some time in reading.
