I have double room for single occupancy ( male preferred ) in a main door 2 bedroom flat. Sharing kitchen, living area and bathroom with one person. There is front and back garden. Room comes with double bed and build in wardrobe, book shelf and the desk.

The new tenant must be a dog lover (there is a friendly dog living in the house).

I am 39 years old professional currently working 9-5 job. I work from home 2 days a week. I enjoy yoga, badminton and walking my dog after work.

Easy access to the public transport. Free parking on the street.
Close to Fort Kinnaird shopping center, Lidl, post office.

Looking for professional or mature student who is easy going, tidy and like to keep the house clean.

£580per month all bills included plus £450 deposit paid in advance.
