Beautiful home - you're welcome

Although I have classified it as a single room, it's comfortably a single room but the bed does slide out into a double. It really is a gorgeous room, lots of natural light. Bed and clothes rack for hanging clothes are the only furniture in the room. My wonderful lodger of nearly five years is moving on. Great location in Portobello, two mins to the nearest bus stop. Parking not great but it's Portobello. Find a space where you can! I'm not a car owner. There's storage space for you outside the bedroom. Shared hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room. Lots of cupboard space and freezer space of your own in kitchen. I'm vegan but my current lodger is a meat eater. My cats are my family. It's preferable if you like cats as they go everywhere except the lodger's room. Beautiful garden shared with one other family. Sun trap! The amount per month is accurate but my lodger and I share the cost of cleaning materials, toilet roll, bin bags, vacuum filter replacements, dishwasher tablets on top of the monthly rent. I'm upfront and what you see is what you get! I'm returning to study in September and have a strong preference for someone who wants to commit to at least a year, preferably longer - simply because I need the regular income from rent.
