The resident virtually has the place to themselves, though there may be some occasions when I visit the flat and use the other bedroom (e. g. 5 weekends/yr, with notice). The flat has been priced accordingly, and includes bills, provided heating is kept to a minimum & turned down at night.

The bedroom is a small Double room, bright and refurbished with IKEA wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

The sitting room is comfortable with large sofa, armchair, table, TV. There is a modern kitchen and shower room, plus gas central heating.
