One double and one twin room

Double room

I have one double and one twin room to rent in a converted farm steading. Can do one or both rooms. Suit either a single person couple or small family. Both rooms will only be let out if lodgers know each other. Rent would be adjusted depending on number of tenants. £500 single person, £700 couple. Rooms are up a short flight of stairs and there is a private bathroom between rooms with a small sitting /TV room.
The area is quiet and private with a view to the Pentlands.
Ratho is a small community on the outskirts of farm land, 8 miles from the centre of Edinburgh via bus/tram or along the tow path of the Union Canal, 10 mins walk from the house. The EICA is about 30 min walk along the canal. There is a good pub restaurant a post office village shop and a chemist - all mod cons??
I have one dog 2 cats and a plethora of tropical fish - all house trained.
Shared kitchen and main living room.
All utility bills included, bed lined etc also included if required.
WIFI throughout.
