This is a very nice two bedroom cottage just up from the canal in Ratho. I am friendly, tidy and easy-going and it would be lovely to find another like-minded person to share with.
The room has a good sized window, double bed (with excellent 4000 pocket sprung John Lewis mattress!), and plenty storage space. It also has a shower room with toilet and basin that is for use with that room only, which is located just out in the corridor, making it pretty much ensuite.
The council tax band is D and the costs are shared among two people, as are the bills, which are metered.
