Immaculate Room In 2 Bedroom Property

Looking for a female room mate to rent a room from me in a 2 bed ground floor property in roslin. The property is a few minutes walk from local pubs and shops and a 5 minute walk to roslin chapel. There is a driveway and also a back and front garden.
The property has recently been refurbished and is in immaculate conditions.
I am a retail manager working 40 hours per week so I’m not around the house very often. The living room will be shared as will the bathroom. I’m very tidy and would expect the same from my roommate. All bills will be included all that will need to be purchased is your own food. I’m very laid back and would just like my roommate to be clean and tidy as I have put a lot of effort into refurbishing the living area and bedrooms.
