The wooden table in the photos will be leaving with me, but there is a nice glass dining table & chairs.

A lovely 26 year old Northern Irish guy called Conor. Great to live with and a good mate.
The area:
Stockbridge is a wonderful place to live, with lots of independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Each Sunday we have the Stockbridge market which is great foodies or for having a nice meander. There is a tennis club, rugby pitch, cricket, yoga studio and Inverleith Park all nearby. Stockbridge has a nice community feel and is still close to all the attractions of town just 5 minutes drive/15 minutes walk from George Street. There are on street paid parking options and permit areas.
Cost: 645 rent, usually around 120 for everything else (council tax, energy, wifi etc.)
