The box room can accommodate a bicycle if you have any.
All bills are included in the monthly cost, no strings attached.
Strictly no pets or smoking in the flat.
Last but not least, a proper lodger agreement will be provided and signed in the presence of a witness.

I am an easy-going male with excellent personal references. I am fairly quiet and like to keep the place pretty clean and tidy, especially because I work from home and don’t want chaos.
I keep to myself at first but, once I get to know people, I am quite outgoing and enjoy catching up with friends over a coffee or a drink.

I am not bothered if you are male or female or what age you are, but I DO care about finding a person who can clean up after themselves and keep the place reasonably clean/tidy.
