Owner (professional) often working away, so short let will be mainly you plus one other.

The house has 3 bedrooms (one en-suite/one full bathroom/one WC) kitchen/living room. We are set back from the hustle and bustle, just 4-5 minutes to walk into centre of Stockbridge and New Town. 20 minutes walk to Broughton St/York Place/City Centre or buses close by.

The flat is quirky & funky with contemp art, high end finishes & unique bathrooms, recently renovated. There is a pretty, private, sunny garden.
