Hi there! My name is Andrea, i am looking for another person to join to a lovely Stockbridge flat from 9th of July, but this is slightly flexible.

This is a fantastic flat. Itself is incredibly bright and warm - 2nd floor- with large windows and is conveniently located with a Lidl and Tesco nearby, Princess Street only a 10 minute walk away and bus stops nearby for transport links into the city.
The flat has 3 large double rooms , 2 bathrooms and a small toilet-utility room, a nice fully equipped kitchen and large living room.

Your bedroom will be fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, shelves, desk and chair.

You would be sharing the flat with two lovely professionals, Rehanna (33) and Berna (31) are both friendly, respectful and tidy and looking for another likeminded professional aged between 26-37.

Both happy to have a chat and would like to have a nice dynamic with our future flatmate where we can hang out in the living room but also understand the need for your own time and space.

The flat is let through a letting agency who will require references and the apropiate checks and the deposit is to be around £550. Monthly rent is £570 including bills and a monthly flat cleaning.
