Double room next to river with chilled house mates

Dearest new housemate,

My housemate (Melena) and I have a room to rent in my place in Stockbridge, just by the river. We have room to fill with a cool new housemate. Singles only, please.

I'm 36 and run a start-up that does underwater surveys with robots, I work at the office now and Melena, my housemate is working from home ATM. I work a lot so need calm and clean at home, not much of a fan of clutter, that said there are a few more things than in the pictures but not much. Don't have tv deliberately but like watching stuff on the internet. I enjoy partying and having a drink/pint but have to keep it on the down-low ATM, still have occasional bursts of madness. Up for cooking together and hosting dinners (when allowed) and the odd mad night too though when we can. We've been smoking rollies in the living room during the lockdown, hopefully will revert to smoking in the pub/out kitchen widow or just quit haha, prefer not smoking 'normal' cigs inside.

You: Preferably social, fun and up for hangouts and adventures. Chilled out most of the time, clean up after yourself.

Rent includes everything (bills, cleaner, council tax, household stuff like toilet roll, soap). We will get a cleaner once we are 3 housemates, included in the price, Terms are rolling monthly lease, one month notice from both sides. There is private parking which we can arrange access too. There is a desk and wardrobes if you want them, happy to sort out furniture to suit your needs.
