Professional flatmate for double bedroom wanted! Available from the 6th of May latest. The flat is bright and immaculate and is located in a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by parks and the royal botanical garden. The spacious living room comes with a dining table by the window and has a projector to watch movies, play games, etc. Inside the kitchen, you will find a gas hob, oven, laundry machine and dishwasher! The kitchen is also quite large with ample space to store kitchen supplies and utensils. There is even a study and two additional storage rooms! The bathroom has been recently renovated with new tiling and fittings. Easy single-bus connections to the city centre, Waverley Station, St. James Quarter and Leith Walk. Lidl, Tesco, Costa, Timpson, F45, Royal Mail Post Office, etc. are also nearby.
Ideally you'd be in your mid twenties and either vegetarian or vegan (I'm vegetarian myself). Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who is very particular about cleanliness and has a can-do spirit.
About myself, I am a 24 year old engineer and I love to cook, watch movies, go running/hiking/gym, play board games and videogames and on very rare and special occasions I love to host dinner parties.
