Looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in a fab flat which has been my rented home for the last 8 years.
I have been in Edinburgh for 13 years, living in this flat and working since 2016. I am looking for someone friendly who wants to share a home and make it a social flat however still respecting each others privacy.

I'm a healthcare worker. I work in a hospital generally normal working hours Monday to Friday however I do work occasional weekends (with days back generally Monday/Tuesday) and occasional overnight on-calls.

It is an Upstairs/split level flat with small kitchen- gas hob, electric oven and washing machine. Shared living room with seating and dining areas.
One bathroom, Boiler powered shower with good pressure.

Gas central heating with Double glazing

Key available from council for gated parking at rear of building + on street parking bays for residents generally available

Looking for a friendly professional to fill the second half of the tenancy (no students)

Additional bills split equally these include (council tax, electricity&gas with Octopus, broadband with phone line, and TV licence works out on average c.£180 on bills on average, variable due to fuel costs and finding better rates

Flat rented via DRM so will need to confirm deposit and references with them, original and from May 2016.
You would need to complete their application form and supply these items to them ( not me) once we send them your information etc.
