The flat is perfectly situated right next to a lovely park and is just a 10-minute walk to both St Andrew Square and the heart of Stockbridge. It’s also in close proximity to the Royal Botanic Gardens, with excellent transport links nearby. There’s access to a private shared garden as well.

You’ll be sharing with me, the live-in landlord. I’m easy-going but like to keep the place clean and respectful. I travel a fair bit across the UK, so you may end up having the flat to yourself on occasion. It’s a great setup if you enjoy a mix of social living and having your own space.
