Looking for a flatmate (stockbridge)

Hi there,

I'm looking for a new flatmate. The flat is in Stockbridge, on St Stephen St. The bus stop Kerr Street is close so it's really handy to go to King's Buildings campus.

The room is furnished with a bed, a bedstand and a wardrobe. It has a window overlooking a planted alleyway (no direct view of the street so it's calmer). We would share the combined living room/kitchen and the bathroom.

About me: I'm 27, French, and completing a chemisty PhD at King's. I am finishing in a few months so I'm looking for someone who is clean and would respect my sleep by not being up crazy late doing whatever :)

The council tax band is C. Because I'm a student, I am exempted. If you are a student as well, that's good, but if you have to pay the council tax, it is your responsability.
About the bills (electricity + internet), it really depends on the month since the heating is electric. Could be between 80 and 150.
