I am looking to rent out the room from 10 May 2019.

The flat is a great location in Stockbridge. This is a very vibrant part of town, with local amenities, bars and restaurants right on the door step. It is also 10 minutes walk to Princes Street.

The flat itself is very spacious and the room is a large, light double bed. The master bed room is en-suite so the second bedroom will have sole access to the main bathroom. There is also a double bed guest-room where visitors are more than welcome to stay.
