**Double room available in a spacious 4bedroom house.

The house is located a few minutes walk from IKEA, Costco and a big Sainsbury, literally by the door step! Big Asda and Lidl is also less then 10-15mins walk. Straiton Retail Park is a few minutes walk away. Bus stop a few minutes walk away.

You will be sharing the house with myself (28 Female) and another tenant (27 Male). I work full time and is at uni part time training to be a counsellor. I spend most days outside with my dog, working outside and on the weekends reading at coffee shops / playing badminton. The other tenant is a recent graduate from HWU and enjoy playing computer games.

This is a quiet house, we are both social but very respectful of personal space. We enjoy quality housemates bonding time, occasionally dine out or go on day trips around Edinburgh.

Ideally looking for someone who are social but quiet and chill. Clean and tidy and are willing to share responsibilities in the house. (Bonus, cleaner come to the house once every 2 weeks and paid by landlord!). You must like dogs and don't mind dog hair as I have a 7yo Black lab.

Ideal for vet students (10mins bike ride to Easter Bush campus) or professional who has a car. It is a quick commute to the city (15mins without traffic).
