The house is my home and is well appointed throughout. You will have to share with two cats who are very friendly (once they've got used to you).
The house also has a lounge, dining room plus a separate downstairs room and two bathrooms, so plenty of space and has a garden front and back.
There are numerous bus routes into town close at hand (104 takes approx. 30 mins) and the train station is a five minute walk (10 mins into Waverley).
I'd prefer someone who is more mature and a definite non smoker.
