Large Room in house, Musselburgh

I am looking for someone to share 1 King bedroom with en-suite in my beautiful 4 bedrooms house. It’s a really quiet location and ~ 2 mins walk to the bus stop with bus numbers 44, 111, 112, X4, X44, and ~20 mins to Wallyford train station. Cycling distance to Queen Margaret University is ~25 mins and it takes ~5 mins by car.

The house has 4 bedrooms with dinning, family, living, utility, and study rooms, etc., which can we used depending on its availability. It also has a private garden.

This house is very much a home, and it is so important to me to have a good relationship with whom I am living with.

It’s silent and has the most amount of direct sunlight when it is sunny. I welcome anyone for short term and long-term.

30 days’ notice with minimum term: 3 months and maximum term: 1.5 year (all negotiable).

Rent includes Internet and Council bills.
If there is any damage to the room, we will deduct it from advance.
We have a big driveway and garage for car parking as well.
We don’t eat red meats, I would prefer the same from you during your stay.
