This spacious, clean, comfortable double room with a separate private shower/toilet bathroom on ground floor.
You will have full access to shared kitchen and lounge/dining area. Close to the beach and forest in the quiet fishing village of Burghead. Good commuting distance for Elgin, Lossiemouth or Forres - all 15 minute drive away. Local coop, pub and pharmacy within walking distance of the house.
All utility bills included in the rental. You will have use of washing machine, cooking facilities, broadband and a fully serviced kitchen. The kitchen will be shared. You will be responsible for cleaning your own areas. Food and toiletries not included in the rent.
No TV in the shared lounge or the room but the wi-fi is current upgrade package and enough bandwidth for all your viewing needs on any device you own.
Short to medium stays and Monday to Friday applicants preferred. All offers of accommodation will be subject to a character reference from current employer or a past landlord and two photo proof of ID documents.
