The house is situated in a country setting approximately 8 miles from Elgin town centre and 6 miles from Forres. Within 1 mile of the A96.

Ample off street parking, use of all cooking and laundry facilities with unlimited Wifi.

Please note, the reason for the preference of a female tenant is due to the landlords being a male gay couple. We believe it’s logistically and practically easier to live with a female tenant.

We also have 3 dogs who are very well trained, love people and cuddles, they are however restricted from most common areas and spend time in their own space.

The house sits on a 3 acre plot, is very quiet and benefits from fantastic views. Owning your own transport is essential as local transport links are around 2 miles away.

We are happy to discuss rentals for Mon-Friday or a few nights a week. Short term let available but long term preferred.
