This is is an advert for a double bedroom flatshare with a live in landlord, this is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom property based in a lovely part of central Elgin. The bedroom is furnished with new ottoman bed and IKEA storage units - you can feel free to add whatever you want to the bedroom to make it your own. There is a large private garden which receives fantastic sunlight and the flat is decorated to a modern and clean finish. Home has gas central heating and all the necessary home appliances.

You can have a look at the property on the pictures attached to the ad, bills are included in the monthly price. I will request a deposit of £580 as a guarantee and may require an employer contact as a reference.

I am looking for someone who will keep the place tidy first and foremost i. e. not leaving dirty dishes overnight and sharing flat cleaning responsibilities. The place will be yours as much as mine, even though I am the owner of the flat I am not a 'landlord'. Ideally you will be someone who is sociable and polite, it would be great if we got along - I don't expect to be hanging out all the time but having some rapport with my flatmate is important to me. I like a quiet and relaxing home environment, if you are a loud person the arrangement may not work.

I am a laid back guy who enjoys spending time outdoors as much as kicking back and watching a movie at home. I typically surf a fair bit during the winter period and overall enjoy living an active lifestyle. I have no pets and don't intend on getting any.
