Looking to rent out 3 of the 4 bedrooms in my large house in the west end of Elgin. Walking distance to town centre, Dr. Grays hospital, supermarkets and approximately 10 minute drive from Lossiemouth RAF base.

The property consists of shared living room and kitchen, dining room, utility, conservatory, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an attached garage which has been converted into a small home gym and is available for the use of all housemates.

The property also has a large garden and parking for 3 cars.

I will be retaining one bedroom for myself and renting out the other rooms of varying sizes (one with en-suite). I am polite, friendly, tidy and keep to myself. I travel frequently for work and will be resident in the property for 4-5 months per year, leaving you with your own space the rest of the time.

Happy to accept residents from all walks of life, provided that you are in paid employment and can show recent payslips and references from previous landlords. Non smokers preferred, but not essential as long as all smoking takes place outdoors.

Council tax band F. Utilities and council tax cost approximately 600 per month, which will be split 4 ways between the residents.
