There is a shared shower/bathroom downstairs. This is a Victorian style property with built on extensions. There is an open fire place in the living room. The downstairs includes kitchen, living room, front and pack porch, spare room and bathroom. The back porch opens put onto the rear garden area; a shed and picnic table. It would be a bonus if someone is able to help with the garden. There is an apple tree that provides tasty apples each year.

Forres is situated mainly on the south side of the A96, with Nairn 12 miles west, Elgin 14 miles east and Findhorn beach 7 miles north. Inverness is 21 miles east of Forres, but the airport is only 17 miles away. Aberdeen airport is 74 miles east. My property is five a minute walk from the town centre and the train station. Perfect for anyone catching the train.

I work away from home and will only be coming back for weekends here and there. I like chilled out time at home but I am often out visiting friends and family when I do return. This room is available for short/mid term (eg 3-6 month placements), longer term considered.
