Double room in central Forres

Hello:) My name is Chloe.
I am looking for someone to take on this 2 bed maisonette on the high street in Forres with me.
The flat has 2 floors, a private entry way, shared living room, woodburner, 1 shower room. Kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Unfurnished. Space to store bikes.

I am a 28yr old proffesional working around 4 days a week, so I am out most days 9-5 (variably). I go away from time to time and weekends and sometimes for longer periods of time.
I like to listen to music sometimes, otherwise I am a pretty quiet person to live with. I like to do my own thing a lot of the time and I like to feel like I can come home to decompress/ chill out/ get cosy. I also like to be social with whoever I live with, sharing chat about our days or eating together.
I like to take care of my living space and appreciate a housemate who does too.

I'm ideally looking for another young proffesional who is commited, tidy, likes to share space, and is generally quiet and open minded.

There is background noise in the flat, being on the high street, so you need to be okay with that. It's very convenient for public transport with the bus stop right outside and the trainstation walking distance.

I'm looking to do viewings asap with the mind to have things sorted by the new year, ideally.
