Double Room In 2Bed Modern House

This is me on Findhorn beach 10/15 mins drive from the house

A fully furnished 2 bedroom house with a spare room available to rent. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & bookcase. Driveway to fit 2 vehicles (although a tight fit). There is also street parking, as well as across the road in local Coop car park. There is a shared shower/bathroom upstairs and a small toilet room downstairs. This is a new build property (8yrs) with an open plan living space downstairs (including kitchen, living room and dining table). There are double doors out to the rear garden; a shed and whirly-gig. It would be a bonus if someone is able to help with the garden.

Forres is situated mainly on the south side of the A96, with Nairn 12 miles west, Elgin 14 miles east and Findhorn beach 7 miles north. Inverness is 21 miles west of Forres, but the airport is only 17 miles away. Aberdeen airport is 74 miles east. My property is on the south edge of Forres, the centre of town and train station is approx 20-30 min walk.

I work from home (for third sector) with a fair bit of UK travelling mid week. I like chilled out time at home but I am often out and about at weekends, biking etc. This room is available for short/mid term (eg 3-6 month placements), longer term considered. I may look to rent the whole property out in a few months.
