Spacious and comfortable ensuite bedroom in Victorian House in a perfect town/country location - bordering the town and forest. Ideal for bird and nature lovers as red squirrels and many different birds visit our feeders.

We have 2 spacious bedrooms available for long term rent, both with ensuites. Bedroom 1 has become available, it was previously rented to people working at local businesses and the CNPA. 3 living rooms, and an open floor plan kitchen. There is a large barn if you wish to store bike/fishing rods etc and off street parking. 10 minutes walk to the co-op, cafes, pubs, shops, post office and trails/mountain bike paths on the doorstep. Grantown also has a swimming pool and gym.

Ideally you would be a professional/contractor who works away from the house during the day and needs a base in the Cairngorms for work.

Millie our senior dog is adorable. Everyone falls in love with her, she has the softest ears, and she will love you and your peanut butter on toast.

The house will be quiet most of the time but we will sometimes have family visiting for a few days, they will stay on a different floor than you (as do we).

There is an outdoor area with bistro seating.
