✔️ The property:
As seen in the photos, this quirky flatshare consists of an ensuite bedroom, and 5 communal rooms. The house has been designed to help you feel that there's a room for everything, so you aren't stuck in one enclosed space.

✔️ House rules:
1. Strictly no smoking
2. Strictly a gluten free and soy free kitchen (due to allergies, this is non negotiable. But this still allows for cheap staples like rice, potatoes, etc).
3. Please clear all houseguests with us first, as we will do the same for you :)
4. Please clean up after yourself (we're also happy to share chores)
5. Shoes off indoors

✔️ Housemates:
A hamster, cat, and 2 professional housemates who enjoy socialising but also like their own space and will respect yours. We both work afternoons to evenings (one of us works from home), and our typical nights are spent either playing video games or watching movies on the projector screen with freshly made popcorn.
We are preferably looking for someone we get along with (ie someone that largely keeps to themselves but will enjoy movie or game nights with us on occasion).

✔️ Pets:
Smaller pets will be considered as long as they don't eat hamsters :)
Larger pets like cats and dogs unfortunately won't be, as our current feline isn't too friendly with those (although he doesn't care about smaller animals, hence the hamster).

✔️ Bedroom:
Double futon bed, standing clothes rail, bedside table, storage mirror, and small desk suitable for working from a laptop.
Ensuite walk-in shower, toilet, and storage.

✔️ Home Cafe:
The utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer) has been designed like a cafe, which is ideal to take your coffee breaks or eat your meals in. There is a spare PC if you wanted a change of scene, too :)

✔️ Kitchen:
The kitchen is split into a cooking area, dining bar table, and a cosy sofa/TV area.

✔️ Living Room:
This cosy living room has been designed to look like a manga cafe. It's equipped with a (lower end) cinema setup that does the job (ie speakers, and a projector that
you can hook your laptop or device up to and stream movies). There's also a karaoke machine and board games for evenings :) In addition to that, there's a stepper (which can be used as an extra seat) so you can get some steps in while watching movies!

✔️ Home Gym: This home gym is equipped with a cycling machine, ab machine, back machine, free weights, resistance bands, a mini fridge for drinks, amongst other equipment.

✔️ Walk in Wardrobe (for female housemates): Sit down at the vanity table to do your hair and makeup, and check your full outfit on in the long mirror. Ask if you'd like some storage space in there for extra clothes!

✔️ Hallways: The communal hallway downstairs has a retro pop-art feel and storage places for your coats, shoes, gloves/hats, and bags. The upper hallway is still plain and will eventually display artwork.

✔️ Garden:
while this property doesn't come with a standard garden, there is a bench outside in the front that's ideal for sitting on and sharing a drink during warmer days, and a birdfeeder in the back that can be viewed from the kitchen.

✔️ Appliances:
Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge Freezer, microwave, oven, hob cooker, kettle.
Internet is over 900mbs.

✔️ Other:
any household subscriptions can be shared where appropriate(our front room TV is currently subscribed to Netflix, Youtube Premium, Now TV) but subscriptions are not part of the rental and therefore can be cancelled at any time.
