Hello!
The cottage is situated in the picturesque Fishertown and has 2 spacious double rooms, and a sofa bed. It's a 5 minute walk from the high street and has close access to Central beach, East beach, Kingsteps and the Culbin.
I am the landlord living in one of the double rooms but I only stay at the house part time - roughly 10 nights a month. So the rest of the time it's completely yours!
The cottage has 2 large living rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, boot room and a small garden.
